Bush Ross regularly represents national and regional banks and other financial institutions, private lenders, private equity and hedge funds, family offices and public and private companies in connection with a variety of commercial lending transactions, including corporate and commercial lending, asset-based lending, lease finance, project finance, public finance and syndicated finance transactions. Our expertise includes secured and unsecured financings at all levels in the capital structure, including the large corporate and middle markets, allowing our attorneys to represent large and regional institutional leaders in complex commercial finance transactions. Bush Ross’s range of services is broad, and we have significant depth in each of these concentrations, including unique experience in each industry serviced by our firm, which allows us to provide specialized and custom analyses for our clients.
In addition to our lending and borrowing representations, we also advise clients in acquisition financing, cross-border investments, and both new and established financial structures and transactions. The attorneys in the Commercial Lending Practice Group have extensive experience in analyzing potential risks and developing both short- and long-term plans in uncertain economic environments.
Because of the extensive experience that our attorneys have in both the areas of commercial finance and corporate reorganizations, our representations have included advising lenders on debtor-in-possession financing and exit financing for companies emerging from bankruptcy.
