Bush Ross Shareholder Facilitates Roundtable Discussion for IFA

Brian McElfatrick, a shareholder in the Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group, recently facilitated a round table discussion at the International Franchise Association's Annual Legal Symposium in Washington, D.C.  The topic of the discussion was the importance of enforcing post-termination rights in a down economy.
 
Since 2008, Mr. McElfatrick has been a regular contributor at the event having been a speaker and roundtable discussion facilitator on several occasions.
