Bush Ross Announces Four New Shareholders

Amanda K. Bennett, Benjamin S. Jilek, Joseph A. Probasco and Keith D. Skorewicz have recently been named Shareholders of the Tampa law firm of Bush Ross, P.A.

Amanda K. Bennett practices in the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group.  Her practice focuses on the representation of corporate and individual clients in matters involving construction litigation, professional liability defense.

Benjamin S. Jilek’s practice in the firm’s Civil Trial and Health Care Practice Group focuses on civil defense litigation.  He routinely handles matters involving the defense of individuals, corporations, manufacturers, and professionals in personal injury, property damage, and professional liability matters.

Joseph A. Probasco practices in the firm’s Business, Tax and Corporate Finance Practice Group.  Mr. Probasco regularly advises clients on complex corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and commercial lending transactions.  In addition, Mr. Probasco advises clients on matters involving state and federal securities laws, including compliance with the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

Keith D. Skorewicz practices in the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolutions Practice Group.  He focuses his practice primarily in the area of commercial litigation.  Mr. Skorewicz regularly represents clients in matters involving creditors’ rights, products liability, breach of warranty, community association disputes, contract disputes, and all aspects of appeals.
