Complex Civil Litigation Associate

We are looking for an Associate to join our dynamic Civil Trial Practice group. This is an exceptional opportunity for candidates who are creative, resourceful, and hard-working to be trained and mentored from one of our senior partners with a significant case load and over 35 years of experience. The holder of this position will assist in preparing cases for and second chair jury trials, and eventually manage their own cases in medical malpractice defense and aviation from pre-suit through trial. Successful candidates for this position will possess excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills, and will be organized, creative, self-starters with a desire to win.
Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:
- Licensed to practice law in the State of Florida
- Interest in complex civil litigation
- Strong academic background
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to provide high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
