Maria N. Mousseau

Maria practices first party property coverage in the firm's Litigation practice group. Maria began focusing her practice in the defense of first-party property matters in 2019, before that working as in-house counsel for a property and casualty insurance carrier in the Tampa Bay area. Prior to her tenure in the first-property arena, Maria also represented insurance carrier in products liability, premises liability and bodily injury matters. Mari started her legal career in the areas of foreclosure defense and consumer protection litigation.
