Lauren focuses her practice in the areas of private wealth services and estate planning. She assists clients in identifying and achieving a variety of estate planning objectives, including preparation of revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, and advance directives. Lauren regularly counsels fiduciaries and beneficiaries through the probate and trust administration process after a death and assists in related litigation.
Lauren also represents and counsels clients in a variety of business planning and transactional matters, including corporate governance, entity selection and formation, contract negotiation, and succession planning for closely-held businesses.
After graduating from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, Lauren worked as an associate at a large international law firm in its commercial litigation group. Prior to joining Bush Ross, Lauren clerked for the Honorable Steven D. Merryday, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
