Katrina S. Brown

Katrina Brown focuses her practice in the area of professional liability defense representing lawyers and law firms, real estate agents and brokers, insurance agents and brokers, CPAs and other professionals. Katrina is experienced in representing professionals in licensing and disciplinary matters before the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation and related licensing agencies. She also represents applicants before the Florida Board of Bar Examiners, and lawyers before The Florida Bar in all aspects of lawyer discipline matters. Katrina was previously Senior Bar Counsel at The Florida Bar where she represented the Bar in lawyer regulation matters encompassing pre-litigation, litigation, and appeals. Katrina is a member of the Florida Bar’s Standing Committee on Professionalism and the ABA’s Standing Committee on Ethics and Professional Responsibility. Applying the experience she gained through more than a decade of employment with The Florida Bar, Katrina brings a unique perspective to our Professional Liability group, which often proves invaluable to the clients she serves.
