Jillian L. Skairus

Jillian Skairus is an associate attorney in the Corporate practice group at Bush Ross. Her practice is focused on advising businesses across various industries through mergers and acquisitions, business formations, contract drafting and negotiations, and corporate governance matters.

Ms. Skairus attended Emory University School of Law. While in law school, she served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Judge Stevan Northcutt of the Second District Court of Appeals of Florida (Summer of 2023).
