Bush Ross Shareholder Sworn in as President-Elect of the Tampa Bay Chapter of the FBA

On December 19, 2014, Bush Ross shareholder Anne-Leigh Gaylord Moe was sworn in as President-Elect of the Tampa Bay Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. The Federal Bar Association’s mission is to strengthen the federal legal system and administration of justice by serving the interests and needs of the federal practitioner, both public and private, the federal judiciary, and the public they serve.

Ms. Moe is an experienced trial lawyer who has received an AV Preeminent® Peer Review Rating by Martindale-Hubbell® for her practice involving contract and employment disputes, professional liability, medical negligence, and construction law.  She represents corporate and individual clients in both state and federal court and regularly acts as local counsel to non-resident firms in matters pending before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.  She has been a member of the Tampa Bay Chapter of the Federal Bar Association and has been a member of the Board of Directors of that organization since 2008.  Prior to joining Bush Ross, she served a law clerk to United States District Judge Virginia M. Hernandez Covington in the Ft. Myers and Jacksonville divisions of the Middle District of Florida.
