The Position
Ideal candidates for our First Party Defense Litigation Associate position will possess the following qualifications:
● 3+ years of litigation experience required; preferable in first-party or defense litigation
● Ability to handle large caseload that includes travel within the state of Florida
● Excellent writing, research, interpersonal and communication skills
● Strong academic credentials
● Ability to provide high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
