Kimberly A. Walbolt

Kimberly Walbolt focuses her practice in the area of professional liability defense, representing real estate agents and brokers, lawyers and law firms, and other licensed professionals. Ms. Walbolt is experienced in representing lawyers in Florida Bar disciplinary proceedings and representing licensed professionals in proceedings before the Department of Business and Professional Regulation and other similar regulatory agencies. Previously, Ms. Walbolt was Senior Bar Counsel at The Florida Bar's Tampa Branch where she handled attorney disciplinary matters during both the pre-litigation and litigation phases. During her time at The Florida Bar, Ms. Walbolt handled cases that involved complex legal matters and diverse areas of law, and this experience allows her to comprehensively evaluate and address a wide range of issues in defense of her clients.
