
Brielle F. Bell
Brielle Bell is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Transactional Practice Group. Ms. Bell’s practice includes representing clients in general corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, contract negotiations, corporate governance, insolvency, and business restructuring. Ms. Bell regularly counsels’ clients in various aspects of the life cycle of a client’s business operations and aims to fully understand the client’s industry to provide a personal attorney-client relationship. She is passionate about mentorship and participates on the board of a number of programs catered to assisting undergraduate and law students in their journey to becoming lawyers, with a particular emphasis on diversifying the legal profession.
