
Alexander W. Adeseye
Alex Adeseye focuses his practice on civil litigation in state and federal courts. He primarily represents contractors and design professionals in all stages of litigation in construction and professional liability disputes. Mr. Adeseye's commercial litigation experience spans multiple industries, to include construction, real property, banking and finance, fiduciary, estate, as well as other business litigation disputes.
Mr. Adeseye received his B.A. in Economics from Emory University and further received his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. During law school, he served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Carrie Ann Wozniak of the Fifth District Court of Appeal of Florida (since recommissioned to the Sixth District Court of Appeal). Mr. Adeseye further served as the Executive Notes Editor of the UF Journal of Law and Public Policy, and the Treasurer of the UF Black Law Students Association. He also worked as a Teaching Assistant for Trial Practice and a Research Assistant for an employment law professor.
