
Jessica R. Viola
Jessica Viola focuses her practice on civil litigation in state and federal courts in matters involving business, contract, construction and real estate disputes, professional liability and other general commercial litigation.
Ms. Viola attended the University of Central Florida and received a Bachelor’s of Science in Legal Studies. Following graduation, she attended Stetson University College of Law and graduated Magna Cum Laude in the top 2% of her class. While in law school, she served as an editor of the Stetson Law Review. She also was a member of Stetson University College of Law's trial team and was a semi-finalist in a national competition. Additionally, she was a two-time research assistant in constitutional law and white-collar crime and served as a teaching assistant to the lead professor of trial advocacy.

Jessica was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, but has spent most of her life in the Tampa Bay area. In her spare time, she enjoys personal fitness, traveling, and time outdoors with her family and two dogs.
