Kathleen L DiSanto and Yolyvee Y. Rivera Named Shareholders of the Firm

Bush Ross is pleased to announce that Kathleen L. DiSanto and Yolyvee Y. Rivera have been elected shareholders of the firm.
Ms. DiSanto joined the firm in 2017. She focuses her practice on matters related to bankruptcy, corporate restructuring, creditors’ rights, insolvency proceedings, and general commercial transactions. She is Board Certified in Business Bankruptcy Law.
Ms. Rivera joined the firm in 2016. She focuses her practice in the area of professional liability litigation, with particular emphasis on the defense of lawyers, law firms, accountants, surveyors, as well as real estate agents and brokers against claims of professional liability.
