Bush Ross Shareholder to Speak at HCBA's 2015 State Court Trial Seminar

Bush Ross Shareholder David Banker will speak at the 2015 State Court Trial Seminar presented by the Hillsborough County Bar Association's Young Lawyers Division. Mr. Banker will discuss jury selection from the perspective of the defense.
Mr. Banker's practice focuses on products liability, employment discrimination, medical negligence, personal injury, commercial disputes and consumer disputes. Mr. Banker has also litigated mass tort and class action cases involving prescription drugs, medical devices and consumer products.
