Steve Mezer, Chair of Bush Ross' Community Associations Practice Group, recently spoke at the Spring Symposium held by the Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section of the American Bar Association.  The symposium was entitled "Ethical Consideration in the Foreclosure Crisis, Really!" and was held in New York, New York on  May 4, 2012. The presentation focused on the ethical considerations applicable to documentation and negotiation of loans and mortgages, work outs and litigation of foreclosures from the perspective of Plaintiffs' and Defendants' counsels.
