Bush Ross Community Association Group Hosts Board Certification Seminars for Nearly 600 Attendees
The Community Association group at Bush Ross offers a complimentary, state-approved Board Certification class to current and future board members in order to teach best practices with respect to serving as a director and how to best operate their association from a legal perspective. Over the last several months, the group has conducted seminars for nearly 600 board members across Tampa Bay and the surrounding areas.
Topics covered in the Board Certification seminars include the Association’s statutory duties, obligations of board members, the role of the community manager, enforcement of governing documents, meetings, elections, and financial duties of the Association.
The course meets all Florida statutory requirements for board member training, and participants are presented with a certificate of completion upon completing the course.
Additional course offerings are now being scheduled. If you are interested in learning more about these complimentary seminars, please contact Francesca LaBrake at email@example.com or (813) 204-6484.
