Bush Ross Shareholder Presents at FBA Seminar

Bush Ross shareholder Anne-Leigh Gaylord Moe presented on the topic of subject matter jurisdiction and the removal of cases from state to federal court as part of the federal court seminar offered by the Tampa Bay Chapter of the Federal Bar Association at the Sam M. Gibbons U.S. Courthouse in Tampa, Florida on July 17, 2015.  Ms. Moe is President-Elect of the Tampa Bay Chapter and has served on the board of directors since 2008.

Ms. Moe is an experienced trial attorney whose practice focuses on commercial litigation involving contract and employment disputes, professional liability, and construction law. She represents corporate and individual clients in both state and federal court and regularly acts as local counsel to non-resident firms in matters pending before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.  She has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America in the field of commercial litigation every year since 2012. Florida Super Lawyers has recognized her as a “Rising Star” every year since 2009 and she has been named by Florida Trend as one of Florida’s “Up and Coming Legal Elite” every year since 2009.

Prior to joining Bush Ross, Ms. Moe served as a law clerk to the Honorable Virginia M. Hernandez Covington, United States District Judge, Middle District of Florida.
