Wesley K. Jones
Mr. Jones represents corporate and individual clients in both state and federal courts. He has focused his practice on community association law, real estate litigation and real estate transactions. He has had extensive experience in real estate closings, development, foreclosures, title disputes, deed restriction enforcement, contract disputes, construction defects and collections.
Mr. Jones has practiced extensively as general counsel for homeowners associations, condominium associations and cooperative associations throughout Florida. As general counsel, his work consists of attending mediations, arbitrations and court proceedings, drafting governing documents and amendments thereto, attending board and membership meetings, preparing meeting materials, negotiating contracts with developers and vendors and providing advice concerning the enforcement of deed restrictions, collection of assessments, mortgage foreclosures, election issues, legislative updates, insurance coverage and maintenance and repair responsibility. He has also represented community associations as insured parties involving insurance claims related to property damage, director and officer liability, subrogation and coverage issues.
Mr. Jones represents many real estate investors concerning title insurance issues, title disputes and boundary disputes. He has successfully litigated quiet title actions on behalf of tax deed investors. He has also represented developers, community development districts and property owners in the financing, acquisition, development and sale of real estate.

Mr. Jones was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. Mr. Jones attended Jesuit High School (Class of 2003). He obtained his B.A. in Finance, cum laude, from the University of Florida, where he was actively involved as a member of the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity. Mr. Jones earned his law degree from Stetson University College of Law and was a member of Stetson Law Review.
