Ms. Ridley’s practice focuses on corporate and securities law, representing and counseling clients in various transactional matters. Her experience includes advising companies and their owners with respect to mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, contract negotiations, public and private offerings of equity and debt, and entity formation.
Ms. Ridley regularly advises clients on corporate matters across a variety of industries, including banking and financial services, franchising, non-profits and charitable organizations, and private equity and venture capital.

Ms. Ridley was recognized as Florida's "Up & Coming Legal Elite" by Florida Trend magazine in 2017 and as a "Rising Star" by Florida Super Lawyers Magazine in 2019. During law school, Ms. Ridley received book awards in Secured Transactions, Securities Regulation, Taxation of Estates and Trusts, and Corporate Scandals and Crises.
Prior to law school, Ms. Ridley worked as an analyst in the Corporate and Investment Bank at SunTrust Bank in Atlanta, Georgia where she underwrote new credit commitments and monitored the risk profiles of large-cap consumer companies. Ms. Ridley was born and raised in Tampa, Florida.
