Mr. Hart’s area of practice include retail and hospitality, trucking and transportation, premises liability, negligent security, product liability, property damage and medical malpractice.
In law school, Mr. Hart was a Trial Advocacy teaching assistant for the Honorable Shawn Crane, Circuit Judge, 6th Judicial Circuit of Florida. Additionally, he was a member of Stetson’s number one nationally ranked trial team.
