Charles Evans Glausier
Mr. Glausier represents corporate clients in real estate matters involving complex real estate litigation and real estate transactions. Mr. Glausier acts as general corporate counsel for hundreds of homeowners and condominium associations across the state, as well as real estate investment firms. Mr. Glausier’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation between corporations involving real estate matters, contract disputes, and other injunctive and declaratory relief. Mr. Glausier routinely handles real estate litigation for his clients in state and federal court, at both the trial and appellate level. Mr. Glausier has handled numerous appeals in front of the Second District Court of Appeal, the Fifth District Court of Appeal, and the Circuit Courts. Mr. Glausier’s complex litigation practice encompasses a broad range of real estate litigation, including the litigation of defective mortgages, improper real estate transactions, quiet title lawsuits, reforeclosures and multi-million dollar commercial mortgage foreclosures. Mr. Glausier has extensive experience in debt collection defense involving the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act, and the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act. Mr. Glausier also assists investment companies in the evaluation and acquisition of real property.
Mr. Glausier is also licensed to practice in Georgia.
