Astrid Guardado

Astrid Guardado focuses her practice primarily on state and federal business litigation matters, with an emphasis on multi-party civil actions, business disputes, general real-estate matters, debt collection, foreclosure and community associations litigation matters. In addition to her business litigation practice, Ms. Guardado is experienced in handling a variety of employment disputes including those related to age and sexual discrimination, harassment, wrongful discharge and issues related to unemployment benefits. She also handles appellate and insurance defense issues, governmental advocacy, landlord-tenant and construction disputes.
