Ms. Moe is an experienced trial lawyer who has received an AV Preeminent® Peer Review Rating by Martindale-Hubbell® for her practice involving contract and employment disputes, professional liability, medical negligence, and construction law.  She represents corporate and individual clients in both state and federal court and regularly acts as local counsel to non-resident firms in matters pending before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

She was named to Florida Trend’s “Legal Elite” in 2014, after being included in the magazine’s “Up and Coming Legal Elite” category every year since 2009. She has been identified by Florida Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star” every year since 2009. Ms. Moe has received an AV Preeminent® Peer Review Rating, by Martindale-Hubbell®.

In December of 2014, Ms. Moe was appointed by the Honorable Anne C. Conway, Chief United States District Judge for the United States District Court in and for the Middle District of Florida to serve on a Merit Selection Panel to assist the judges of the Middle District of Florida in the selection of one full-time United States Magistrate Judge in Tampa, Florida and one full-time United States Magistrate Judge in Ft. Myers, Florida. 

Personal

Ms. Moe was raised in Lutz, Florida.  A fourth generation native of Tampa, she is a graduate of Seminole Presbyterian High School, now known as Cambridge Christian School, and an inductee of the school’s Athletic Hall of Fame.
